Forklift Operator Training
Our forklift operator training and forklift renewal licence training are offered to companies and private individuals.
A forklift is used to transport and lift materials in warehouses and various other settings. These machines are considered dangerous vehicles to operate and require specialised training.
Our forklift training course is designed for companies that use forklifts in the workplace. According to the Driven Machinery Regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act, the course covers electric, diesel, petrol and gas operator licensing requirements.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 requires all forklift operators to have accredited training every 24 months.
Training Information
Students accredited with this standard will be able to operate lift trucks for the safe and efficient movement and stacking of freight in various work environments and take primary care of the equipment in compliance with lift truck manufacturers` and legislated standards.
